Tai Chi and Qigong are my life passions and purpose.  I've been practicing them since 2007 through direct transmission from my teacher Bill Gallen--->Senior Student of Benjamin Lo--->Senior student of Cheng Men Ching.  


Instructor since January 2016.  

I teach the following forms:


  • Yang Style 37 Posture Short Form from the Cheng Men Ching lineage.
  • Imperial Style Tai Chi (IYTC) Master Wei Shuren lineage
  • Satori Flow-Form Qigong.
  • Spinal Qigong. 
  • The 8 Brocades Medical Qigong.   
  • Heaven and Earth Qigong-through Bruce Frantzis (Kumar) 18 month course.
  • 69 Posture Imperial Yang Sword Form.

I offer group classes in the mornings and evenings at Bettina's Studio, as well as private sessions one on one in the comfort of your home.  


 I also teach at Senior Assisted Living Facilities on an hourly basis.

  • Reiki Level 1 Certified.
  • Source Point Therapy® Practitioner Level 1.

Hiking, meditation, Japanese/Chinese calligraphy and brush painting, playing the Native American Flute & Drums, Guitar, gemstones, nature, and mountain biking.
