Health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong practice: Increases life-force energy, lowers blood pressure, improves balance, calms and resets the nervous system, improved cognitive performance, reduced inflammation, increased bone density, improved sleep, chronic pain relief, improved cardiopulmonary function, increased mental focus, lowers stress and balances emotions, depression relief, improves circulation, strengthens the organs.
Tai Chi and Qigong are my life passions and purpose. I've been practicing them since 2007 through direct transmission from my teacher Bill Gallen-->Senior Student of Benjamin Lo-->Senior student of Cheng Men Ching.
Instructor since January 2016.
I teach the following forms:
I offer group classes at Bettina's Studio, via Zoom, at 2 local Parks, and private sessions one on one in the comfort of your home.
I also teach at Senior Assisted Living Facilities on an hourly basis.
Breath Work, Hiking, meditation, Japanese/Chinese calligraphy and brush painting, playing the Native American Flute & Drums, Guitar, gemstones, nature, and mountain biking.
